Official Rules: "Customer Appreciation" Sweepstakes

1. NO PURCHASE OR SALES PRESENTATION NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. The 2005 Williams Scotsman Customer Appreciation Sweepstakes "Victory Lap" ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 3/1/05 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on 8/15/05 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period").

3. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States including the District of Columbia, age 18 or older to whom this offer is addressed and who are members of one of the following associations: Associated Building Contractors, Associated General Contractors, National Association of Home Builders, National Electrical Contractors Association and American Hotel & Lodging Association, or who are as of 2/28/05: project managers, constructions managers, general contractors, specialty contactors, engineers, architects or facility managers. Employees and the immediate family members of Williams, Scotsman, Inc., 8211 Town Center Drive, Baltimore, MD 21236 ("Sponsor"), and its parent company, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other persons involved with this promotion are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and where prohibited. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law.

4. There are three (3) ways to the Sweepstakes. Method #1: You are automatically entered in the sweepstakes when an eligible order is made during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Any eligible order is any order of a mobile office, section modular, storage container or modular building made during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Method #2: Visit www.WSContests.com during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and follow all on-screen instructions to complete and submit the Official Sweepstakes Entry Form so it is received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Limit: One entry per email address per day. Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Method #3: Print-out and complete all required information requested on the Official Sweepstakes Entry Form located at www.WSContests.com or hand print your name, title, company address, city, state and zip code on a postcard and mail to: Williams Scotsman Customer Appreciation Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 9293, Medford, NY 11763-9293. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between 3/1/05 and 8/15/05 and received by 8/22/05. All photocopied, mechanically reproduced or computer generated entries will be void. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of Williams, Scotsman, Inc. ("Sponsor") and will not be returned or acknowledged. Neither Sponsor nor Ventura Associates, Inc. is responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, stolen or postage due mail and/or entries.

5. CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: You have not yet won. Ends 8/15/05. No purchase necessary. Prizes and their Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): 6 Grand Prizes (one awarded per each of the five regions list below in these official rules, plus one will be award from all combined regional entries): A trip for winner and guest to attend an 11/06/05 race ("Event") at the Texas Motor Speedway (ARV: $2,000.00 each). Total ARV of all prizes: $12,000.00. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received per region, estimated at 1:3,094. 6. Each trip for two consists of: round-trip coach airfare to/from a major commercial airport to winner's primary residence, 2-nights-double occupancy hotel accommodations, selected meals as determined by Sponsor and two tickets to attend a race track Event. Ground transportation, gratuities, and incidental expenses not mentioned herein are not included and are the sole responsibility of each winner. Actual value of trip depends on location of winner and airfares at time of departure. If actual value turns out to be less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. A parent or legal guardian must accompany a traveling minor. Each winner and guest must travel together on dates specified by the Sponsor, (tentatively scheduled for November 6, 2005, but subject to change), or forfeit all rights to prize. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. If prize is forfeited, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries for that regional drawing. Winners and guests are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Guests must complete and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. If the Event is postponed, canceled or has occurred, or if winner cannot travel to Event for any reason whatsoever, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to any winner other than to supply a trip to the Event city minus the Event portion of the prize. Should this be the case, the prize must be taken within 12 months from prize notification date.

7. Random drawings will be conducted under the supervision of an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. One winner per region plus one winner from all combined regional entries will be selected by random drawing on or about 8/31/05 from all eligible entries received. The five (5) regions are: Central North West: Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Central South West: Arkansas, Arizona, California, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. Mid Atlantic: Delaware, District of Columbia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. Northeast Region: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont. South East Region: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina. South Carolina and Tennessee.

8. Winners will be notified by mail, and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity Release within 7 days of date printed on notification or s/he will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected at random. If an affidavit or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from the same region's entries. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use each winner's name, likeness, hometown, company's name and address, photograph(s), and prize won for online posting and promotional purposes without additional and future compensation. In the event winner's employer does not allow an employee to accept a prize, an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and no substitution of prizes are permitted. Sponsor may substitute any prize or any portion thereof for one of equal or greater value due to unavailability. All federal, state and local taxes, including but not limited to income taxes, are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner.

9. By participating in this Sweepstakes all entrants agree that each prize is awarded upon the condition that the Sponsor, its parent company, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective agents or employees and all businesses involved with the Sweepstakes will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of a prize.
