2. The Spring into Storage Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 3/19/07 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on 6/30/07 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period").

3. Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (except for residents in Alaska and Hawaii), age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees and the immediate family members of Williams Scotsman, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), and its parent company, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of this Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law.

4. There will be three (3) Prize Drawings during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. To be eligible for Prize Drawing #1, your entry must be received between 12:01 AM (ET) on 3/19/07 and 11:59 PM (ET) on 4/30/07. To be eligible for Prize Drawing #2, your entry must be received between 12:01 AM (ET) on 5/1/07 and 11:59 PM (ET) on 5/31/07. To be eligible for Prize Drawing #3, your entry must be received between 12:01 AM (ET) on 6/1/07 and 11:59 PM (ET) on 6/30/07. Entries received from a previous drawing will not be entered into any subsequent drawing, if any. If no entries are received for a given Prize Drawing, the next month's entries will also be used to award the previous month's prize (if any). If no entries are received for the last Prize Drawing, all non-winning entries received in Prize Drawing #1 and #2 will be use to award the last month's prize. Limit: One Prize per household.

5. There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes. Method #1: You are automatically entered in the Sweepstakes when an eligible order of a 20' or 40' ("order") storage container from Williams Scotsman is made during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Limit: Five (5) order entries per day. All other transactions, including but not limited to credits and other adjustment transactions are not eligible for Sweepstakes entry. Method #2: To enter without making an eligible order, visit www.WSContests.com during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and follow all on-screen instructions to complete and submit the Official Sweepstakes Entry Form so it is received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Limit: Five (5) online entries per email address per day regardless of whether a person has more than one email address or if more than one person uses the same email address. Online entries in excess of five (5) per day will not be accepted. Online entrants must enter with a valid e-mail address and are subject to all online notices including but not limited to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Online entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. All photocopied, mechanically reproduced or computer generated entries will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or incomplete entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

6. CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: You have not yet won. Ends 6/30/07. No purchase necessary. Prizes/Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): Three (3) Grand Prizes (one prize awarded per Prize Drawing): A 42" Plasma Television (Approximate Retail Value: $1,500.00). Each winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received within 10 days after each Prize Drawing deadline as stated above, by an independent judging organization whose decision is final and binding. Potential winners will be notified by mail and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") within 10 days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. If Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable or if a winner cannot accept or receive the Prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the corresponding Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing for that specific Prize Drawing. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the corresponding prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute required document on minor's behalf. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are non-assignable or transferable. No substitutions are permitted except by Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with one of equal or greater value in case of unavailability. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local, sales, and income taxes associated with winning prize. Prizes will be awarded within 30 days after winner verification and confirmation. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, photographs and statements for purposes of advertising, trade, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.

By participating in this Sweepstakes all entrants agree that prizes are awarded upon the condition that the Sponsor, its parent company, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents of each and all businesses involved with the Sweepstakes from any and all liabilities, claims, law suits, costs, demands, of any kind or nature whatsoever whether known or unknown now or in the future, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Winners acknowledge that the Sponsor and all other businesses concerned with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of prize except that the prize shall be subject to manufacturer's standard warranty. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot be implemented due to delays or interruptions caused by acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, utility outages or acts of terrorism.
